Our team consists of qualified costs lawyers, a founder of a commercial law firm, a former partner of a global law firm, costs managers of international law practices, trained mediators, Court Appointed Experts, Advocates with Higher Rights and insurance specialists. Each member of our team has on average more than 25 years of industry knowledge of expertise in all disciplines and jurisdictions from lawyers, barristers and experts to disclosure specialists, which we utilitise to aid our Clients in their choice.
Legal Pricing is not just securing the best financial retainer, it is matching the most suitable fee structure to the circumstances of a particular case and Client budget. Our Legal Costs expertise and experience means we can advise on and construct many different funding models, business agreement charging structures and financing options that Clients might not otherwise have awareness of or obvious access to.
Our industry knowledge means we can connect with insurers to provide the ATE insurance protection, liaise with Third Party Funders and Financiers to prop up or, where possible, even fund an entire case or matter and all of this is done without any external incentive or bias. In addition we are well placed to negotiate add-on functions including e-disclosure platforms.
We have developed unique costs management systems for costs planning and control providing our Clients with access to Management Information allowing them to take informed case decisions based on actual and estimated costs at any given point in the life of a case. This gives them the almost unique advantage of being able to assess the financial implications of decision, risks and strategies against further potential exposures to costs.
